Becci has held a wide range of senior leadership roles, including Registered Manager (CQC and Ofsted), Head of Care, Responsible Individual, and Chief Operating Officer. She has experience in the opening and development of new provisions, embedding robust governance frameworks, and achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance. Crisis management is a key strength, with Becci regularly supporting services to stabilise placements, strengthen staff practice, and improve outcomes during periods of challenge or transition.
Highly regarded for her leadership and impact, Becci was awarded the National Learning Disabilities & Autism (NLDA) “Manager of the Year” award, recognising her outstanding contribution to the sector.
